The gym that coaches you
More than a gym. A system built around you.

The sessions
We built the timetable around when you actually train, not when it suits us. We went through the bookings properly. What fills, what sits empty, and what times people kept asking for that we were not running.
So CrossFit runs every weekday at 6am, 9:30am and 5pm, with a 7pm on Thursdays. Small group PT stays at 7am and 6pm where most of you want it, with 8am added on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Two ways in, and neither is the beginner option. CrossFit is the broader path. Everything scales, so your first week and someone's fifth year happen in the same hour. Small group PT is the concentrated one. Six people, your own programme, far more hands on.
This is not set in stone. Sessions get added as they fill and times move as you need them to.

CrossFit
Strength, conditioning and skill work, programmed together. An efficient and fun way to train, so you get everything you need done in an hour.

Small group PT
Your own programme, coached in an intimate group of no more than six. No overwhelm, just a plan and a coach who knows exactly what you did last week.

Hyrox
A fun way to complete cardio style training that gets you incredibly fit, or ready for a race. Ski, row, sled and run with people to suffer alongside.

Team sessions
Partner and team workouts on Fridays and Saturdays. The most social sessions we run, and the ones people book first.

Full body
Strength and sweat with none of the technical barriers. Popular with our PT clients, so you can still get your Saturday session in.

Run club
Coached track sessions with Dover Road Runners. Structure, pacing, and people to run with.
People per coach. Small groups mean real coaching, not supervision.
Coached sessions a week across mornings and evenings, Monday to Saturday.

I joined about a month ago and can honestly say it feels much more like a community than just a gym. The small group sessions make the whole experience feel much more personal and enjoyable. The trainers know exactly how to push and challenge you, but always in a really positive and supportive way, and they take the time to understand individual needs and adapt exercises where necessary.
After years away from exercise I was so unconfident in a gym environment. At Euphoria it was such a warm welcome from everyone I met. My PT Imogen has been incredibly supportive and already I feel so much growth in confidence and form. You are totally pushed within your own abilities and leave with a massive sense of achievement. It is the gym you actually look forward to going back to.
Since joining the small group personal training sessions I have seen a massive improvement in my strength and overall confidence with lifting. What really sets the trainers apart is their intuition and expertise. They meet you exactly where you are. If you are not quite ready for a specific movement or weight yet, they are incredibly quick to adapt the exercise and keep you challenged without feeling overwhelmed.
It is hard to put into words just how special the Euphoria community is. I joined over a year ago with no prior gym experience. I attend both the small group strength sessions and the Hyrox sessions and I have never felt so good mentally and physically. Every single coach is so dedicated to making sure you get the most out of every session. I have made friends for life and achieved things I never thought I would.
I came in feeling quite nervous and not very confident in a gym environment. From the very beginning Imogen and all of the coaches have been so welcoming, supportive and genuinely kind. I have never once felt judged for being a beginner, everything can be adapted and the coaches always take the time to explain exercises properly. I have gone from feeling unsure to actually looking forward to sessions.
As an older lady I came to Euphoria not really certain what to expect. What I found was something unique. My first month in and already feeling the benefits of coach focused exercise. The coaches are nothing short of amazing, they push and encourage you to achieve and be the best version of yourself without shame or embarrassment. People of all ages attend the sessions and we all encourage each other.
I have found Euphoria to be very inclusive and welcoming, especially as I am a more mature lady. They make the small group PT sessions enjoyable whilst still working out. All abilities are catered for and the sessions are varied. My technique, strength and mobility have greatly improved. It now fits seamlessly into my day to day routine.
What an amazing facility with the best staff and atmosphere. I travel for work and often drop in at different gyms and none have been as welcoming as Euphoria. The small group PT is so much fun. The coaches are brilliant, really attentive and encouraging, and the members are all so welcoming. Not often you can drop into a class where you do not know anyone and feel part of the community right away.
Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have made. Looking back to when I first started, I have come such a long way, and that is all down to the amazing coaches and the support they give everyone. The atmosphere is brilliant, everyone is friendly and encouraging, and I have made some great friends along the way. It is more than just a gym.
The best gym ever. The coaches are all so welcoming and knowledgeable. I have made so much progress in the time I have been here, both physically and mentally. The environment is inviting and safe and all the other members are friendly and supportive. Immy is such an inspirational woman who is extremely supportive and regularly checks in.
Been at the gym for over two years and the coaches do a great job motivating me as I really need it. They are helping me through my injury, adapting classes so I am not missing out on a session at the moment. Highly recommend this gym.
I cannot recommend this gym highly enough. Everyone is incredibly supportive, welcoming and friendly. Whether you are completely new to fitness or have been training for years, you instantly feel comfortable and encouraged. The staff are always approachable, knowledgeable and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals.
In their words
Great gym with a really supportive, personal feel. The instructors are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely invested in your progress. The small group setup makes sessions focused and effective.
I have been going to Euphoria for a few months now and I have been loving it. Imogen and the coaches are so knowledgeable and friendly, they make sure you are doing everything properly and offer adjustments if needed.
I have been doing two sessions a week at Euphoria now for two months. The coaches have been amazing at getting me into fitness as I was really nervous. Everyone is so friendly and I already feel so much fitter and stronger.
The group training sessions are brilliant. They are fun, energetic, and make working out something I genuinely look forward to. It is refreshing to find a gym where you can train, laugh, challenge yourself and leave feeling great.
Just completed my first month at Euphoria. Immy and the team of coaches have been so supportive and helpful. Coming into the gym as a complete beginner definitely felt daunting, but everyone has been so welcoming.
Very accommodating to all skill levels. Love that it is not just another gym, it is a chance to meet and connect as part of a team.
Must say the welcome you get when walking in is amazing. The classes are nothing like I have experienced before. Great coaches and great people.
Great space and wonderful coaches, everyone is so friendly and have made me feel really welcome. The sessions are amazing, would highly recommend.
I had some apprehension about joining as gyms and classes of high intensity training were not really for me. Imogen has been really supportive and her empathetic approach was exactly what I needed to finally bring me out of my comfort zone.

I built Euphoria to be more than a gym. A place where every session is coached, every member is known by name, and nobody is left to figure it out alone.
We went through the bookings and built the timetable around when people actually train. If what you want is not on there, tell us. That is how this version got built.
